REFUND POLICY CONTINUED
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at support (at) thegospeluniversity.com, and we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund pending our approval of the met criteria below.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Show that you have consumed a reasonable amount of the course content, (this is available to us via our internal system), attend, watch or engage with the support calls we provide. and ask questions in our private student community to our coaches. We DO NOT offer refunds to those who don’t take the time to consume the content.
Why do we do this? Because we want all of our customers to REALLY put forth the time and effort to see results with our premium training products. And we also don’t encourage “reactionary” refunds based on personal circumstances.
That being said, you must submit your request before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 60th day following your purchase. Or submit your request before your “free trial” expires from the time of purchase* ALL REFUNDS ARE DISCRETIONARY
No refunds will be provided more than 60 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 60th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.
*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. Why? Because the point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if after an honest effort it doesn’t work for the student, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material, or for people who bought and didn’t take action with the material. The terms on this page are subject to change without notice.
